As a lecturer, I conducted an introductory course in fieldwork research and methods in Anthropology.  I further supervised and supported a joint team of students from the University of Cologne University and Gulu University, through their fieldwork and data collection processes. In collaboration with Prof. Lioba Lenhert of Gulu University, and Prof. Dorothea Schulz of University of Cologne, we organized an end of fieldwork workshop in which, we evaluated the students’ progress, shared preliminary results and assessed the outcome of the cooperation.

Founder of Uganda's first Wheelchair Basketball Club

As Captain of Gulu Hawks Basketball Club in 2007, I  helped found Uganda's first Wheelchair Basketball Club and is one of the most  successful  Adaptive Sports establishment in African Continent.

 

Promoter of the Inaugural Girls Basketball in Northern Uganda

Host American nonprofit GuluGo Girls Basketball Camp responsible for grassroots development and introduction of girls basketball in Schools.

 

Founder of Uganda Wheelchair Basketball Association (UWBA)

Initiated a chat about Wheelchair Basketball during my Masters study residence in Germany that brought in the German wheelchair basketball Federation  interest in the Uganda project resulting into two successive Trainer of Trainers workshop in Gulu, July 2012 and August 2013 at Lugogo Arena, Kampala.
